The airport in the Mega Airport Amsterdam Schiphol was designed with an incredible amount of detail. This gives it the distinction of being Europe’s lowest airport. One fun fact is that it is 3 meters under sea level. There are lots of cool things about this airport. It is situated in an area known as Haarleereer. On the map, the Schiphol airport can be found to the south and west of Amsterdam. Transavia, Martinair and Arkefly are based there as well. An international airport, it is home base for KLM, a national carrier, and works in conjunction with Skyteam. The Amsterdam Schiphol is the largest airport in the Netherlands and one of the biggest in all of Europe. This particular sim works with Microsoft Flight Simulator X and Flight Simulator 2004 and is available via CD-ROM. Aerosoft designed the Mega Airport Amsterdam Schiphol Scenery simulation add-on.
